The media could not be loaded.  Love the color and the size it’s way bigger then I expected which is awesome! I’m able to get into it with my toddler if she wants me to, love how big the splash pool is I will definitely be sitting in while my toddler plays lol. I ordered this for her 2nd birthday party and to use for future parties and gatherings to save money and it’s perfect for what I wanted it for. The only bad side is that it’s really hard to get into the carry bag so I placed it in a plastic bin with the blower in my garage but that ok it fits perfect without getting damaged but overall great product I will definitely recommend

This bounce house was very flimsy in some places which made it unsafe at times. The kids had fun but I had to constantly stand by the flimsy area so they wouldn't get hurt.

This was a great purchase! My kids are 10 &7 and they play great on it. We had a birthday party for our 7yo with quite a few kids 10-12. We said only one on the slide at a time, but they were in the bottom water area and the bouncing area and it was good. It is still standing and we have used it multiple more times! Just be sure to drain water and then leave inflated to let it dry before rolling up so it doesn’t mold.

Hello, we were out of town when this delivered and just now got to use it, when we inflated the slide there was a slight rip on the side of it. I see the return window is closed for return but is there anyway I can swap out for a new one or receive my money back?
