Good for Meringue
Since I just received these, I can't comment on their durability. But I used them for meringue, which can be tricky, and they worked well.

These are great. I should have bought them years ago . Have bought 8, 9, and cookie sheets. Now I need 9x13. Any tips?

I use the round ones in my toaster oven so far. Super easy to clean after baking breakfast sandwiches, and croissants , I have cooked at temps up to 450* with no issues.Gave only average score on durability since have only used for a few weeks.
