Tastes good with no stomach issues afterward!
I love it. It tastes good, doesn’t have an aftertaste and I enjoy the cookie bits. Didn’t hurt my stomach at all. I did see the review that said they found metal in it, but I don’t think he had sense enough to know that it was cookie pieces bc it is Cookies & Cream flavored 🤦🏻♀️. The only down side is I didn’t receive a scoop. I dig my entire arm in and didn’t find it so I emptied the entire 4lb tub into a big bowl. Still no scoop. I emailed the company and they told me to reach out to Amazon so I’m assuming it was separate and Amazon forgot to ship it. Not gonna hold that against the Animal company.

Protein
Clean protein, taste good. Taste better with ice cold milk. Not to bad in water. Use a shaker cup or a mixing tool.

Delicious and affordable, loaded with protein
I have struggled with other protein supplements because they taste overly-sweet in an artificial way. This brand is surprisingly delicious. I mix with whole milk and so the texture and flavor is almost like a slightly melty Frosty from Wendy's. I was not expecting such a pleasant flavor. The product also mixes very well into a smooth, sort of malty consistency in a shaker bottle. This might be my new brand. :)

Not very gritty
I got the vanilla flavor. I use protein supplements occasionally. I like to add them to recipes and this one works well for multiple recipes. I use it when baking for things like pancakes and muffins. I add it to Greek yogurt. I put it in almond milk, mix it, and then add it to iced coffee. I am not a huge fan of this brand mixed with fruit to make a smoothie, but I like it in all the other things I mentioned. I only like it as a smoothie when it's mixed with a banana. Like banana and peanut butter or banana, pumpkin, and cinnamon. It isn't gritty in a smoothie, it just has a strong vanilla flavor that I don't particularly enjoy with berries, but is masked by banana. It does not give me any stomach issues. I do not feel bloated or gassy even on days when I use it in multiple dishes. 1 scoop is 120 calories and 25 grams of protein, which is great because some protein powders require 2 scoops for a serving. As for filling, I find that on days when I have used it I tend to feel more full and satiated, but that could be for a number of reasons, like because on those days I'm eating higher quality foods in general. I do workout and eat healthy in general, but I am not health nut. So my review is mostly for those considering the flavor of it.

Misleading name on product and amazon listing
So i realize its 'my bad' for not paying closer attention to what i purchased, however, the amazon listing title "Animal Whey Isolate Protein Powder " and the name of the product is fairly misleading and easily leads one to think the product is 100% isolate but this one is not nor is there indication of % amounts of isolate vs whey concentrate in the mix. That aside, the product tastes fine. so if you arent concerned about amount of isolate then have at it. i just thought it was kinda misrepesentative so not sure i'll continue purchasing from their product line; maybe if the changed the name to reflect what the mix actually is. or have the percentage concentration of isolate vs concentrate.
