The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use and much more modern and sleek compared to older models. The print quality is noticeably sharper than other models I have tried. It feels great to hold in the hand, comfortable and well balanced. The battery life is also impressive. I definitely recommend it!

I love the built and quality of this handheld printer. It is easy to assemble and simple to use. I was up and running after a few minutes even without using the instructions. However it came with a nice instruction booklet that you can follow if you are not familiar with the device. You can print on different materials and uneven surfaces; however, we only tested printing expiration dates and lot number onto cardboard boxes in our warehouse, and it does exactly what we wanted. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone who has a similar use case. It’s’ ink cartridge is a little pricey. $100 per cartridge sounds outrageous to me; however, for my use case, I think it will last a long, long time. Only time will tell.

We use this unit for printing on boxes, jars and pouches. Set up took only a few minutes.
