Really liked the multi device connect option, it was very useful as I work in multiple devices at the same time. It was working fine for around one year, but after that random keys gets fired some keys don't work at all and some keys act like kept in long press. it was 3.5k when i bought and not worth the money, I expected the product would last at least for 3 years. Wrote a email to the support and to my surprise got immediately response. After a couple replies, they have refunded the full payment and I ordered a new one, loved the support

I genuinely appreciate the product and can see myself considering it again in the future. Its functionality, design, and overall quality are impressive and worth every bit of praise.However, I have been facing a couple of issues with the mouse over the past nine months:1. Auto-disconnection: The mouse disconnects suddenly and only resumes working after a brief pause (around 5 seconds) and a single click.2. Left button issue: The left button requires extra force to register a click, which impacts ease of use.I hope these issues can be addressed, as resolving them would make this a near-perfect product.

Excellent product. The price is on a higher side, however the functionality is as per expectations.I liked the key strokes which is just like my laptop keypad. unlike traditional keyboard which has long key travel, this is more suited as i have gotten used to my laptop key whoch is responsive without having to press deep to register a keypress. i had ordered a logitech keyboard with mechanical keyboard earlier, and got frustrated with the deep keypress, and otdered this product which is awesome!!And the ease to connect multiple devices is a bonus.The charging is through usb for both keyboard and mouse. Finally I don't require to change batteries any more, which was a hassle for my earlier wireless mouse.

The keys feel cheap and lack durability, resulting in an unsatisfying typing experience. They often stick or get stuck, making it difficult to type accurately and efficiently. Additionally, the overall design feels flimsy and lacks the sturdiness one would expect from a keyboard.Secondly, the connectivity of the iClever Keyboard is highly unreliable. It frequently loses connection with the device it's paired with, causing intermittent typing delays and missed keystrokes. This inconsistency can quickly become a source of frustration, especially for those who rely on a stable and responsive keyboard.Furthermore, the layout and functionality of the keyboard are subpar. The key placement and size are not ergonomic, leading to discomfort and increased typing errors. The lack of customizable features and shortcut keys further limits its usefulness, especially for users who require specialized functions for their work or gaming.Also the company isn’t providing any reply against any complaints or any support ticket.Very very disappointed with this..

Nice Product. bit overpriced, but this is only the product available in the price range with these options.1) Bluetooth connectivity on both channels are good.2) Battery life is good. I use not less than 8hrs per day and I have charged not more than 3 times since 80days.3) elegant look and silent buttons on both keyboard and Mouse.4) Keyboard cover skin is awesome5) Metallic Keyboard body6) Mouse Size is good7) Separate Bluetooth connections made from Keyboard and Mouse. If you lose one, you can utilize another at least. (However, 2.4ghz USB connection adaptor is single one for both)Cons -- I don't see much or considerable cons.1) Keyboard height is low and no inbuilt adjustment options

The product is sturdy and the build is good . It holds the charge for quite sometime (I charge it only once a couple of weeks and I am a software engineer). Key touch is pretty smooth. Bluetooth pairing works well tooThe cons however are that the key travel is clost to nil so, if you are the one who.likes a nit of key travel, this is not for you. Also, the switching between devices works well when you 'switch to' a Bluetooth device but not when you 'switch to' 2.4G wireless device . The latter switching is pretty laggy and needs a few seconds to connect and can miss a few key strokes if you aren't carefulAlso, the mouse, although good in performance, has button to switch between devices at the bottom. This makes it pretty useless if you switch frequentlyThe performance could have been better for a keyboard that is priced at 4 k

So I am writing this review after using for 2 months. Very stylish look.. battery backup is huge.. I work for 9 hrs and I can work for more than a week or 2 without charging... Even the keyboard cover torn due to heavy use of my nails while typing. I mailed the brand nd they gave me Rs 800 as a refund just 1 week before to buy a new keyboard skin .. overall it's. Nice product and Worthy of its price..nice experience with the brand support 😄
