This is the good stuff. $70 fills up half an orange home depot bucket. Try not to let any pebbles fall out while you're chopsticking a repot. I was trying to calculate how much each pebble costs but then it hurt my brain.

Good quality, need to screen it for size but not a lot of waste, expensive
Based on recommendations from a local Bonsai society, I purchased this for my fledgling bonsai hobby. This brand was recommend for quality, and the sizing seemed good. It does come in difference sizes so you have to watch what you order...it isn't real clear on the bag. I did have to screen it for small particle/dust that are consequences of shipping. It is easy to use, highly recommenced by experienced Bonsai enthusiasts, but it seemed expensive to my budget. While not essential to the hobby it was recommended and I was warned to be careful of cheaper bags that may not have good sizing, quality, or care.
