Does it align with legal paper or protrude to allow page flipping

It is 8 1/2 X 11, so legal would be longer and protrude off the top or bottom - depending on the alignment of the paper. I purchased a TUL "hole" punch to create custom sheets to fit the TUL. Hope this added value. Thanks

Would these or the arc fit into an at-a-glance spiral planners 8 1/2 x 11 with the existing holes?

At a glance, I don't think so... Based on looking at images of the at-a-glance planners, the holes won't line up. The TUL letter size dividers have 11 holes evenly spaced across the 11-inch dimension. The At-A-Glance planner that I viewed has more than 22 holes evenly spaced across the 11-inch dimension.

How do you peel off the back of the labels? I can't get them to peel...

No. The folders are well made but do not have pockets.
