After grinding the coffee beans for utmost freshness, the espresso machine delivers hot water through the grounds at short intervals, a process that allows the coffee flavors to develop fully. Programmable for coffee strength, the machine includes four preprogrammed coffee specialties: Espresso, Espresso Doppio, Coffee and Coffee Doppio. The versatile white espresso maker also works with pre-ground beans.
