I read all the reviews before purchasing. Item is shipped in a box inside another box. It arrived on its side. So perhaps, unsurprisingly, the laser was off and the CD did not work. Our turntable (and everything else) worked perfectly. But since the CD did not work, we had to return it. Another arrived 3 days later and everything worked right out of the box.Victrola's quality and attention to detail is great. From Bluetooth to records you can cover almost any music medium. It is easy to use and sounds great. I do not think you can find a better deal on the market.If you are looking for the best possible sound, you will pay significantly more for it. If you want something to enjoy all your favorite records, CDs, streaming, etc, this is it.We have had the record player for three months, it is used regularly and everything works just like the day we pulled it out of the box. I appreciate that it is easy to adjust for different record sizes.The vintage feel/look is very cool and looks great on the console. I would highly recommend it and if something we to happen to this one, I would definitely buy it again.

Such a beautiful machine! The fun & nostalgia of the phonograph with Bluetooth for when you're lazy. CD drive and cassette deck as well, saving all your old music from obsoletion at once. The speakers are capable of filling the house with clear sound if you crank it, and it looks attractive sitting in the living room. True quality and beauty. We're so glad this old tech is back in style and that the great Victrola has answered the demand. Thank you!

My daughter is loving this record player. We have the espresso and it looks just like the picture. Beautiful box for the cost. No problems with it so far playing records. Good sound for her bedroom.

This unit is attractive, versatile, & I must compliment the turntable. It’s very good quality & the speakers are decent as well. I am playing vinyls that are over 40 years old in some cases & the sound delivery is great plus thankfully I kept them in good shape. Not having had a turntable for decades, this unit has made me really happy & the price is also very good.

I was so excited to buy this old-fashioned-designed stereo unit for my elderly mother. She has a ton of old albums and cassettes she hasn't listened to since her last stereo broke. The sound quality on this Victrola is very good for its size. The style is adorable and it's priced reasonably low. The radio dial is great and finding a station is easy. We loved the compact size of this all-in-one stereo. We also like that you can close the lid when a record is playing on the turn table. On most all-in-ones you have to keep the lid open. Here are the negatives: the dial choices (to select CD, turn table, etc.) are embossed and impossible to see without a flashlight. It would have been a good idea to paint the choices so that they'd be easy to read. The cassette player on the side is a dumb design. To rewind/fast forward, it takes playing with the one button that does everything. They couldn't add 2 separate buttons for those options? And worst of all, the turn table is not secured so i can literally lift it or move it about 1/2 an inch up or to the side. There's a little screw that the instructions said was fastened for transporting and we were to use a screwdriver or a coin to loosen. You can't fit a screw driver, even a small one, because the lid opens only so far. A coin didn't work either. And from what I can tell (it's hard to see), I needed an allen wrench. In either case, it makes no difference to turn the screw or not because the turn table isn't fastened properly on this unit. It works, but it's very flimsy. In the meantime, I purchased a completely different all-in-one stereo from another company that I'm awaiting delivery on. Such a shame about the Victrola.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this record player, which I have used for both records and CDs. Additionally, I have connected it to my phone via Bluetooth. The sound quality is surprisingly good for the product's price. The wood color matches my other furniture perfectly. I look forward to enjoying music on this for a long time. My mom liked it so much that I bought one for her on her birthday. She was so excited.I am sure there are higher quality ones, but again, for the price, it is a great record player.

Great. Speakers work great. I love that it has the Bluetooth as well as the CD and the record option. Love it!
