However, in reality, this claim was far from accurate. Yes, the insoles are relatively discreet, but expecting them to be completely undetectable under all types of footwear is unrealistic. Come on time with a lovely thank you card for buying. Bought to reveal a tendonopathy unfortunately they’re too high for my use. Which is my fault for buying too high of a heel .

Solid and feels good. Definitely use in boots though. Not good for shoes.

Bought two pairs now seem to be helping my back pain a bit better

Ich habe die mittlere Größe gewählt, diese ist ideal auch für normale Sneaker. Man ,,schlappt“ nicht raus und es lässt sich angenehm laufen.Dadurch das die Einlagen etwas nachgeben, ist der wirkliche Größen Vorteil leider etwas weniger als angegeben.Ansonsten aber sehr zu empfehlen um etwas größer zu sein und ein angenehmes Gefühl beim laufen zu haben.
