Kwikset Juno Entry Knob Featuring SmartKey in Satin Nickel

Can one lock and unlock this knob from the inside, without the key? if so, how? One answer said there is no thumb-turn on the inside knob.

All the pic's show only the outside keyed entry knob. What does the inside knob look like? I need one with a turn button, also called a thumb turn.

What stops another SmartKey owner from reprogramming anyone elses lock with their SmartKey tool?

Does the lock come with keys?
