Faulty product
The media could not be loaded. Loose connection, sparks coming out. Only single light working.

This thing is amazing and I'm saving for a second. Easy to program custom graphics and animations, eye catching, and left customers staring.

The fan works great and produces a nice bright display!
Installation is easy and self explanatory. The app takes a little figuring out but it works fine. The fan makes nice bright images and has good picture quality!My camera does not pick up LED light very well so it is not able to capture a clear image of the fan working, so I did not upload a picture, but it works great!

Unsupported software, do not buy.
Unusable. All software was useless making the fan useless.File converter didn't work at all. Android app failed to load and was never updated since it's creation from what I can tell. Windows app would not execute. Remote didn't work at all either.Great looking fan with a very heavy duty motor and sleek blade design... a very pretty but useless paperweight. Do Not Buy!

works great, looks great
Ive had it for over 2 years and only until now a few leds dont work anymore but it has been working great and the supplier has been very responsive. We had an issue at the beginning with it and they send a new one without asking for the other one back. I highly recommend the product and the supplier.

Great Fan
The set up easy, the quality of the images are excellent and I did have a couple questions so customer service was prompt and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this fan!!!
