I couldn’t use more than 5 days because the container brake in pieces after tempting to open it due to the sticky of the material inside.Due to the glass pieces parts left inside I have a to trow it.

Well, for starters, this stuff tastes absolutely HORRIBLE but it’s worth it. I started out with a liquid brand that I drank an ounce a day of and it just didn’t do much of anything. I couldn’t get this resin to dissolve in water so I just gave up and wiped a rice size lump on my tongue. It was really bad, hahahaha but it did dissolve. I waited 30min before eating anything. In a couple hours I noticed I had some extra energy and just felt better all over, mentally & physically. The liquid didn’t do that at all. It made me sleepy in fact. So I have used this for several days now and even used it twice yesterday once in the morning and again 12hrs later in the evening. I think twice a day will be my thing from now on. I finished a year of chemo and radiation treatments for an aggressive cancer 4 years ago that has done some serious damage to my body. This is the first thing besides CBD that I can absolutely say has made a difference in how I feel. I will definitely order another jar when I finish this one.

This is what the bottom of my cup looked like. This is the dirtiest Shilajit I have ever seen. Who knows what garbage I may have ingested drinking this. If I was able to return it, I may have upped my rating to 2 stars, but instead I purchased an unsafe, unusable, unreturnable bottle of potential poison. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my husband have been doing shilajit for like 4 years now. Some companies can be over priced and so we decided to try another well known company. I try to keep a open minded and decided to try this company as I like what they stand for and the products they help to create with Mother Nature. The taste is a bit different then what we are use to but their method is the good old fashion hand made way. Simple and clean. We have been taking in 3 days now and feel good. Not that we felt bad but we feel good. Anyways we are grateful. The other products they make are really amazing too. Their essential oils are sooooo nice!! Anyways I make a shilajit latte. Warm water add shilajit then macadamia nut milk and coconut sugar. Its bitter but understandable because of the plants. Anyways grateful!!

With IUPAC pictures of some of my favorite chemical classes on the label, and promises of an ancient extensive extraction process I expected this to be a product of incredible quality... I was not disappointed. Opening the jar I was met with a sweet aroma with a hint of hay, not just the fire pit quality of lesser products, and the consistency was of thick honey. Consuming about a pea sized ball (placed in a capsule for ease of ingestion) feels a lot like taking a low dose beta blocker. This means my stage freight type anxiety disappears and I feel motivated to take on the day and it's tasks with a good attitude.
