Beware, this jar is small but still very cute for small matches. The stickers work very well to light the matches.

The striker on the bottom is very good lights quickly for such a small strike. The little jars are cute next to candles and on mantles. Standard length matches just barely peek out the top. I have the giant boxes of matches in a drawer and display the jars. I think the colored matches on Amazon would be very cute as well. I have pink ones on my wishlist for when I burn through my stash. 10/10

no just the size! I dont needed the pot, I thought I was buying the matches" for the price (ten bucks) how could I supposed that the matches were not include? It is what I should call a lye advertising! now, a new order, a new spending travel, new boxes, etc, for some matches! They use to be free!

I am using product on the back of the toilet with matches in it to deodorize the room as needed. The rough stuff on the side does not appear to light a match, it turns out to be these flimsy things stuck to the bottoms. They light the match. Regular matches are too short for this, you have to buy bigger ones, but the price jumps for those and you cannot put so many in it. So I got the cheap short ones and stuffed paper in the bottom of the one container, so you can see and grab matches. Perhaps thicker matches could light on the crusty texture of the ceramic containers . . . ? Don't lose the extra flimsy things tuck to the bottom (make sure they are stuck good) and there are extras.

Gives a nice look rather than having a matchbox. The striking rounds light the matches just fine.

Needed storage for my big matches and to avoid opening the matchbox for more matches so frequently. A tad pricey but I am glad I got them as they are used almost daily. They have a pleasant ‘feeling’ textured finish and are kinda cute. NOT plastic, so avoid dropping them.

Beautiful, most likely smaller than you’re expecting though. Great gift to fill with matches and pair with a candle. We used our for beside our wood stove. You’ll definitely need to glue the striker to the bottom, they don’t stay stuck on their own. Would buy again.
