Hip Peas Natural Hair Detangling Conditioner (32 fl oz / 946 ml)

I wanted to love this product because I’m a fan of other products in this line but the scent is just too strong for my liking. We are a sensitive skin family so strong scents typically irritate our skin, eyes, allergies, etc. If scent doesn’t bother you, it will probably work just fine for you.

My 2 year old has really, really curly hair and when I comb her hair after a bath it's soo tangled. I tried a detangling spray before but it only somewhat worked so I thought I'd try this. This stuff is great! A friend recommended it and it makes her hair so smooth and soft. The only downfall is that the cream is hard to spread that well so I feel like I'm using way more each time than I should need to in order to get her hair ready to be combed out. And nothing to do with the conditioner itself but my daughter hates water over her face and hair so doing shampoo AND conditioner means a lot more upset for her, boohoo.

I absolutely love Hip Peas for my toddlers (1 & 3 years old). Their hair is confusing as it isn't necessarily completely curly, but it's not dead straight either. Mine is dead straight so I have had a hard time trying to learn what works for other hair types since mine is so easy. Hip Peas products leave my kids' hair so soft and it looks so healthy. Their little curls (where applicable) show and flourish. Will continue to buy and use these products for them. I'd say this particular detangling conditioner is the reason why my sons hair looks amazing lately!

I just got the product, and I should have ready the ingredients before hand because it alcohol in the ingredient list a few times. Which to me makes no sense since that dries hair out. I see there a lot of good reviews but I’m skeptical and when I use it I will come back and give my honest opinion

Thus product left a film on my 6 year old daughter's hair who has ringlets that made snarling it very easy. She even moved a little but at night and instant snarls... not a fan of this product
