This battery-operated LED fireplace firebox has an ornate black filigree and brass accents. A blinking (not flickering) red LED simulates burning embers. No wire or transformer is required. Instead this firebox uses a replaceable CR1632 battery. The LED is non-replaceable, but will illuminate for thousands of hours. The firebox has a tiny switch on the battery case for turning on/off.
