I want to connect a roku ultra to one input and supply that signal to a 4k tv and an older denon avr. will this switch still pass the 4k to the tv?

Yes, it will. I have two inputs; one being an Apple TV and the other being a cable box. I also have two outputs, which are a 4K 65” TV and a Samsung sound bar/subwoofer. This works fantastically. 4K output on the TV.

Can i use a 100ft fiber optic hdmi cable on one of the outputs with no issues?

I believe you can use 100 foot cord you may get some lag i use a 50 foot HDMI cord with my orei 2x2 Matrix switcher box and have no problems

The computers plugged in to the device only see the matrix as a 1080p capable device. How do you get windows to see it as a 4k device?

Connect your 4K tv to the output 1 and set the EDID dip switches on the matrix to 1100.

Can this output 1080p@120hz? Description mentions 4k and 2k @ 60HZ but what about 1080p?

No, it doesn't support 1080@120hz output.
