This Vitamin D/Vitamin K supplement is easy to take and easy in the stomach also. It is tasty and clean as it leaves no aftertaste or chalkyness.

No complaints about these chewable D3/K2 supplements. The pills are pretty small -- a bit smaller than an aspirin tablet. They are somewhat hard but are not difficult to chew. They have a pleasant taste. It's sweet and sort of fruity, without any lingering aftertaste.I like that the formulation is not ultra high, as some D3 supplements can be. Each tablet provides 2,000IU of D3, which is 250% of the RDA. Since Vitamin D is stored by the body, having too much can be a problem. The dosage that works for me is 2,000IU every other day. This makes it easy to hit that mark. It's best to consult with a doctor before starting any supplement, but it's especially important with Vitamin D since it's important to get the dose that's appropriate for your specific needs.The price is reasonable for a 90 tablet bottle. The country of manufacture is not listed on the bottle, which often means it is not made in the US. The bottle I received in January 2022 has an expiration date of May 2023.

The average suggestion for K2 at my age (under 50) is 1-3 mcg, this product contains 75 mcg. I honestly didn’t know this until after purchase and decided to take this because I know Vitamin D works better with K2, although I’ve now found out it’s NOT necessary unless you’re taking more than 70mcg. In rare cases, you can have kidney issues but K2 isn’t needed to avoid artery calcification at low levels. Why did I decide to research further and find out? I had serious heart palpitations and my blood pressure dropped from one day of usage. At this level, it’s very common and is very popular with the MK7 version of K2 in particular which this product contains. A dosage of K2 this high WILL deplete your calcium levels very fast. Yes, it may be beneficial to the arteries (maybe!) but it’s also damaging to the electrical units your heart valves have and can cause a PVC issue. There’s no way to refund or return this product so I want to warn everyone. DO NOT BUY. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!

I have been taking generic vitamin D3 gelcaps for years. When it was time to order more, I decided to be adventurous. After much reading, I learned that the benefits of vitamin D3 are greatly enhanced by taking vitamin K2 at the same time. (Who knew?!) I ordered these chewable tablets because they are the same vitamin D3 dosage I’ve been taking for years PLUS they provide vitamin K2 in the form of Menaquinone-7 (which is supposedly the best form of vitamin K2).The tablets are pretty small (see pic) and very easy to chew. They basically taste like fruity SweeTarts with a slight metallic aftertaste. Adults probably wouldn’t mistake them for actual candy, but they’re perfectly palatable and it’s nice to have one less pill to swallow. But most importantly, they have only the two specific ingredients I was looking for — vitamins D3 and K2 — in a healthy, but not excessive, dosage.The bottle I received (in 2/2022) has an expiration date of 5/2023, which is reassuring. (One caveat: the bottle cap is *not* child-proof, so be sure to keep these away from the little ones, who might actually think they’re candy.)If you take the recommended dose (1 tablet/day), the price ($11.88 at time of order) is quite reasonable for a 3-month supply.5 stars for excellent ingredients, pleasant taste and good value.

I definitely prefer taking D3 and K2 together in one pill or tablet, and these are even easier since they are chewable. No pill swallowing is required! Kids will probably like these since they have a very nice, sweet and pleasant flavor. I think these are a very good D3/K2 supplement.

These are small tablets and I take two a day. They deliver a boost of flavor when I bite into them that dissipates pretty quickly. It's a fun flavor blast I enjoy. The small size makes them quick and easy to chew up but not large and chalky. I prefer gummy vitamins usually but actually really like these. It's an easy way to get more vitamin D!
