Everything about the keyboard and mouse is great, but I had a faulty dongle that I contacted Glab about and they were able to send out, which fixed the keyboard connection issue. Great G-Lab support team.FeedbackAs advertised, the battery life is excellent. I keep the USB C connected(My personal preferance) and the back-light turns off when not in use, and last but not least, the mouse would be better if it were a little bit wider in size and weighed a little bit more.I discovered a problem that G lab should probably be aware of: when the dongle is connected to the computer, the keyboard and mouse does not see the dongle. I'm not sure how radio waves work, but the 10m isn't the issue. To fix the ghosting and key delay, the USB must be visible to the keyboard and mouse. The only way I was able to achieve zero lagancy i had purchasing a USB extender. (Because my PC is 2 metres behind the monitor, I'm not sure what the problem was, but having a line of sight to the dongle fixed it.)Regards You should know that, as should G-lab, because of the low price. I don't mind giving it a 5 star because it's worth it, but I had to buy extender stuff.ImprovementsIt's ideal because the keyboard and mouse are both packed with customizable features. However You can't keep track of which button combination to use to change the colors or dim the brightness of the keyboard. "Its on the G-lab website and the box" I'd prefer if they had a software where you could control most of the keyboard's options, such as lighting and how long the lighting stays on the keyboard when not in use. I've already mentioned this to Léa from the Glab team, but the USB dongle could be a little less tight because you need to exert some force to push or remove it.

The keyboard is wonderful and it is quite satisfying even though it is silent. It takes you a little time to get used to but that's how it is with all new keyboards. It's a shame the coloured lights on the keyboard are not able to be customized like some other keyboards but its not that big of a deal to be honest. Otherwise the mouse and keyboard are pretty nice and I like them a lot.For a bluetooth Keyboard it functions very smoothly and so does the mouse. It's as if the mouse and keyboard were wired.I appreciate the company for putting the time in effort into making this product, I'm really enjoying it!

For the price it's not a bad bit of kit, however totally useless for gaming as you need to press hard on keys to ensure they hit. As I am gentle on my keyboards this is a problem on this keyboard.Good battery life due to the aggressive power saving (too aggressive for my liking), but it's cheap so worth the money paid but not usable for gaming

I love this gaming device and mouse. Only 1 USB which is handy for the xbox as the xbox doesn't have a lot of USB ports. The lights are very cool and have the added benefit of letting you know when the keyboard is activated if youre on a game using the controller & not using it frequently. My keyboard went faulty & completely dead recently which I believe is rare. The guys at GLab though were very helpful. Tried to help me diagnose it and when that didn't work told me it was covered under the 2 year warranty and issued me with a new keyboard & mouse. Obviously would be better if it never failed but when it did the GLab team were very supportive. Thanks guys & great job.

The overall look and feel is ok for the price, nothing fancy in terms of the keyboard to the touch but its alright, the on/off switch is a basic slide. The mouse is ok to use but considering I only got this in Aug 2022, and have only used it probably twice a week for a couple hours, it's not so durable as it packed up yesterday [2nd Dec 2024]. Just failed during use. It simply went off and I assumed the battery needed charging but after several attempts with 3 different working chargers over the past 18 hours, I can say it's dead. Unless I am just unlucky, that is not a lot of use for the mouse to die. Its not been dropped, it just sat on my desk. I only used it for my Steadeck and dont game that much. I also use other controllers for some games. The Keyboard still seems to work ok.

I bought this keyboard and mouse for my son and they are such good quality and very good for the cost. I had an issue with a lost part months after I purchased it and thought I'd cross my fingers that the company would be able to help so I reached out to them and they have been incredible (especially Lea) who went out of her way to help me! Thank you! I would definatly recommend this product and especially the business.

Bought this item in July and it came with no dongle for the keyboard. The seller did send this to me so that was resolved. The ESC has come off and the left click on mouse has stopped working. I have sent a message to the seller as this has 2 months warranty so waiting for a response. Apart from that all was going well so there are question marks over durability long term. Hopefully they will replace as can’t return now

Initially there was a slight key board problem caused by a defective dongle. Got in direct contact with Lèa at Maxtek UK who arranged for a replacement to be sent. Set up procedure followed and all now works correctly.Really pleased and a great bit of kit.
