This is a couple that might make sense to themselves, but according to everyone else, definitely needs to break up- like yesterday! This is a very decent serum made with apple stem cell (whatever that means), and it seems to work. There’s no discernible fragrance, odor, texture change, adverse skin reaction, or issues in functioning with my other facial products.It’s actually been helping, but only over the course of several weeks. At first I didn’t think it was doing anything but I have started to see a difference in firmness especially around my eyes. If I don’t stay moisturized constantly, I end up looking like a granny around my eyes when I sleep like sooo fast. As long as I keep using this, I seem less likely to wake up looking like a Shar Pei now. This serum may or may not be responsible for that, but it’s becoming more likely to be the source the longer I use it.That “rescue” cream though!!! Yeeee-UCK! It smells like 1983, seriously. Sun-baked plastic and baby powder. Like they just cracked open some old school REVCO drugstore back-stock and rehydrated it. Maybe it works the way they claim it will, but the smell of this is just WAY too offensive for me to find out. I had to rub my skin near raw to get it off me the first time. And it still gave me a headache. It’s that bad.Serum Good. Cream HORRID. Break them UP!!!

This product combination did nothing for my 33 year old skin. I have combination skin with dry spots and teenager acne. It was super thin and did nothing for my skin. I could not even tell I applied anything-it was like applying water. Super disappointed for the price.I used for the full 2 weeks without any noticeable results. I will say it did not cause my difficult skin to breakout, but it also did not cure my dry spots. If you maybe do not have dry skin, this may be ok for you. For $54, I definitely expected more.

I see this sold as a set, and normally, that means that the products work in conjunction with one another, but in this set, I really don’t see the magic of them together vs. apart, and would rather be able to buy just one- the serum. A bummer if that’s an impossibility.These products have been featured in magazine ads. Despite never hearing of the brand, that intrigued me. I had to give it a go. The combo rating for me is 3.5 stars, after using these two products together for a while. The serum alone would get 5 stars, and the moisturizer only 2, so it averages out. I’d rather they had been separate.I find the serum to be very pleasing to my face. It melts into my skin like butter, and leaves me with a glow and feeling dewy, but not icky, not sticky, not tacky.. just nice and semi-moisturized, with a more healthy look to my dull complexion, that’s been advancing with my age. The moisturizing cream isn’t what I expected at all.That cream is too thick, it’s too greasy, I feel like I am slapping extra oil on my face, but in the end, I don’t feel that moisture sinking into my pores, oddly true. I feel more like it sits on top of the skin, and it just like needs to be rinsed off. Im not digging it. The serum is an absolute pleasure.. so there’s a battle of products going on here.The price tag isn’t cheap. Nearly $53 at the time of my review, so if we could pick and choose what products we wish to buy, individually, I’d really like to repurchase the serum AlONE, and continue on with that. It’s a bummer if that isn’t doable, as then I’d have to move on from this, at that price tag. The cream just doesn’t do it for me, while the serum is impressive.As a set, as far as combining the two products in value-effectiveness-quality-results... I give the duo 3.5 stars ⭐️ , which need be rounded up to 4, but, it’s been really hard to rate this when you love one product, but not the other 😢.I hope this review has been helpful :).
