I use this waist trainer during cardio sessions for a maximum sweating experience. My waistline, with the use of this vest, went from a 34 to a 26 in months. It’s not going to work by itself. Cardio and mindful eating must be incorporated.

It fits form and is still comfortable. I don’t feel like I can’t breathe.

Ive been on a weight loss get back in shape journey and my stories and Instagram posts are highlighting this item on me a lot. So I’ve been asked about it many times. So literally have dropped 2.75” in the last 2 months and this item has been my best friend. Size xs. With extension. I only wish they would make even smaller size so I don’t have to change the brand. I’m on my last row now. Very happy.

At first I thought ...it doesn't fit! I was upset but then I tried it on!! It's my first time using these kind of waist trainers. It's alittle hard at first you have to know how to put it on. There's instructions on here how to , I did it and was easier.I'm 170..a Large. With a mommy belly since my last 3 were csections!Well I can't even feel this waist trainer on me!!!!🥺❤I am so amazed!!! I love it!!!!!

I'm a large in almost everything, bought a medium to suck it in in and lawd! You will have a hard time doing almost anything. I couldn't make it through the day with it on. And that's just sitting at a desk. It is long (the one with two straps and hooks). fits from the fupa to the bra. lol I'm 5'9. Oh there are no rods in this but it didn't give much either

This is my first real waist trainer and TBH, I think I love it ONCE I'M ABLE TO GET THE D@$N THING ON! My hands start cramping after a couple minutes of STRUGGLING with all the hooks. It's so comfortable I fell asleep with it on my first night! If anyone has any tips or tricks on how to get it fastened easier, PLEASE email me at kelby.kelley@gmail.com. I ordered the nude 25 steel bone long torso waist trainer in medium, if it didn’t come with the extender it wouldn’t have fit me. So I’m happy it came with the extender. I’m 140 lbs, 5’3 and I’m 2 weeks postpartum. I’m currently on the last row of hooks with plenty of rows left to adjust as I get a smaller waist. It’s well made, keeps my posture upright. It’s tight but breathable. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.
