Crucial P5 Plus SSD NVMe 3D NAND PCIe M.2 Gen4 x4 2TB

This is perhaps the best PCIe gen 4 SSD in terms of value. Performance is amazing, longevity is great, and an amazing price. Samsung do have better SSDs but they are usually much more expensive and not that big of a step up. No surprise that the best SSD PCIe gen 3 too is this one too but the gen 3 variant. The P1 and P2 are cheaper but they have much worse performance and definitely not as long of longevity. I personally won't cheap out on an SSD after my experience with a PNY SSD losing half of its lifecycle in just 1 year.

I installed this drive into an external M.2 Enclosure. (Asus ROG Strix Arion)It transfers data very fast over a proper high speed connection, as an NVMe drive should.Good stuff.

Really speedy hard drive, new generation

I purchased the P5 plus 2GB version.It’s just superb and using the cloning software, cloned the new ssd and then fixed it in my ASU’s Rog G14 series laptop.Entire process is a breeze.You can purchase this anytime.

Used this to replace a dying SSD in my Lenovo Legion gaming laptop. Installed easily and was recognized by my BIOS immediately. All sectors were good, and it’s blazing fast. Excellent value and quality that expect from Crucial.

Product arrived quickly, as it was in stock at the time. Once formatted on the ps5, I actually saw 1.01 TB which was welcome. Works as expected, can't tell the difference between games running from this memory and the built-in SSD.
