There's an indicator LED
Nice cable, seems well made. Was looking for a charging/data cable for a car USB. This has a small indicator on the end, which is helpful if driving in the dark to find the cable. Beware "illuminated" cables, as they often do whacky things like have moving LED indicators or change colors which can be distracting and even dangerous in the car. DON'T TEXT WHILE DRIVING!. But it's good to send tunes over a wire and not Bluetooth. And it does keep the phone charged, and works fine with CarPlay.

Item description somewhat misleading
The cable light is not power/charge indicated as the description suggested, the light is on regardless of if it's plugged into a device or not. Otherwise the cable works fine, just not what I wanted.
