It's okay, good materials.
High quality but it isn't really all that stable. What do I mean?Well in other words it's simply too small to keep things as stable as the larger professional stuff. It will be a nightmare to use in the wind as well. For little videos it might do okay.

Device seems nice, although I could not get it to balance with my iPhone 7+. May work better for cameras that are heavier.

You get what you pay for.
In an effort to save a few dollars, I bought this product because it resembled the original product well enough. The real difference came in with the weights all being the same weight. Whereas the original product has three different weights: A heavy, medium, and light. My camera is 1.4lbs and its mounting hole is off center which was very frustrating. After two hours of watching YouTube videos and trying to calibrate it, I had to think about how intensive it was going to be to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME I would use this product in the future. Nope!

Well made product but beware of missing parts.
I think this is a fairly made product. It is made of metal and components seem solid and durable. It serves its purpose well. Now, this item came without the phone holder attachmet. I don't care because I don't need it but it is a bit shady that this product is advertised as new and yet is missing pieces. Just a casuality?

3 ounces was perfect for my Canon Vixia R700
I spent hours reading about exactly how this is ballanced watching youtube videos. After reading the reviews here I figured out why some people have a problem ballancing this stabilizer. My camera is only 11 ounces and just one of the black steel weights is too much weight. So I bought some 1 1/2 inch fender washers and put them on. I used 8. Each weighed .42 ounces. 3.3 ounces was perfect for my Canon Vixia R700.I removed the camera and used a 10 inch bar, or bracket, and put the camera on the right side and a 4 ounce microphone on the left side. The camcorder screen opens up between them easily. Total weight is about 25 ounces. So the weight had to be increased to just one 5 1/2 ounce weight and 3 washers. This stabilizer works.I had to watch a dozen videos to completely understand the principles first. Check out "DIY simple stabilized for lightweight camcorder" and others that show up with it. The fender washers made all the diference in making this work.

Skip this
Skip this it doesn't offer smooth shots and takes hours to get close to stabilizing.

Excellent quality for an amazing price
Love the quality materials and balance. Comes with a standard camera screw mount and bonus phone mount! I can’t say there is anything I do not like about this product. I’m currently using it for YouTube videos and family adventures.

Mine worked, but there was an issue. The screw that keeps the arm with the weights on it in place had no rubber or anything to keep the arm from moving. So, unless I was very very careful, the weights would move, and my camera would tilt because it was slippery metal against slippery metal. Maybe mine was missing a piece? If not, this is an issue I hope gets fixed.
