This is now my pillow great product.However the bag the buckwheat came in and the hole. Separate buckwheat i bought was a lovely zip lock with 4kg in it. It was perfect. This However allowed my finger to pass through it whilst lifting half its weight it was supposed to carry. This to my mind is a failure to achieve its main job to contain. Worse to come. Bag on a stool, I gathered the neck of the bag 40cm inserted it into zipper hole. Put this union below stool hight and guided a small amount down the bags neck. The thin plastic pouched behind out of sight and preceeded to pull the excess material from the hole. Making all the right noise of success... only one issue not one grain entered into the case, but covered the floor.This stuff is so light that the fan to cool my Dyson v15 blew it far and wide. I had to use my body to defuse the air.If the seller is going to be bone idle and not fill the pillow himself at least give us a fighting chance and the correct bag design that fits the 20cm hole and is strong enough to cope with 400g of weight without moving. Zip lock.Great pillow 5 stars. Packaging and lack of thought and laziness on seller's part one star.

The media could not be loaded. I had a much better sleep the past two nights after filling my Sabakawa (sp?) pillow. I love it, keeps the head cool and supportive to cervical spine- I have scoliosis.The filling part causes a mess, there should be a funnel fitted to plastic bag of buckwheat please? Besides that it’s fantastic and great value.My old pillow had to be sewn back up again, this one has a sturdy zip and decent fabric too. Thank you

Very very comfortable for those of us who like a firm pillow. My Only criticism is i would have liked more contents to fill the pillow case more - but otherwise it is fabulous pillow & a great alternative to the non breathable (but firm) foam. Definitely worth it.
