The Ivory Rose quilt background color is pale yellow, not cream, off white or ivory. It's kind of a dingy or weathered yellow, not a clear pale yellow.

Q: Is this actually a quilt/blanket just a cover for a blanket?

Kinda olive green tan, very subtle very pretty. I posted a pic of the quilts on the two queen beds in my review.

Q: Does this come in a twin size?

No but there are similar patterns in twin. I have it in queen for my full size bed with a dust ruffle and a twin used as a coverlet would be a good choice.
