For shooters and hunters, adjustments in the field are
sometimes necessary to keep equipment in prime working order.
Unfortunately, this oftentimes requires odd or uncommon bit sizes
and bulky tools. Building on the perfect portability and
modularity of its tools for cyclists, Fix It Sticks introduces
its Torque Limiter line to meet the specialized requirements of
shooters and hunters. Use the Fix It Sticks Torque Limiter any
time limiting over-tightening of fasteners is needed.

---------------------
A Compact All-Purpose Kit Featuring different
combinations of Fix It Sticks' miniature Torque Limiters, each
handy kit includes replaceable Fix It Sticks, 16 different bits,
and a 1/2" Socket with 1/4" socket bit adapter that fit neatly in
the included tailor designed pouch to carry into the
field or range. Available Torque Limiter kits include:
65-inch-pound and 25-inch-pound, 65-inch-pound and 15-inch-pound,
45-inch-pound and 25-inch-pound, and 45-inch-pound and
15-inch-pound configurations.
Quick, Simple Operation Simply slide the Torque
Limiter into the Fix It Sticks tool handle, where the neodymium
magnets hold it securely in place. When the limit is reached,
each Torque Limiter spins freely to prevent further torque from
being applied. The 15, 25, and 45-inch-pound adapters audibly
click when their limit is reached.
Modular Both Fix It Sticks and Limiters accept any standard 1/4"
bit, and attach to any 1/4" bit driver for any fastening
requirement.
Portable Like all Fix It Sticks components, these Torque
Limiters, bits, and adapters are just big enough to get the job
done without taking up space. Pack the entire set neatly in the
included pouch built with a hook and loop covered face
and adjustable straps to secure to belts and other gear.

Limiter is accurate to +/- 6%. The 65 In Lbs limiter retains

About the Startup
Describe your product in 3 words.
Functional. Portable. Multitool.
How did you come up with the idea for this product?
Fix It Sticks are the brainchild of Brian Davis, an avid cyclist
frustrated with the common multi-tools he carried in his pocket.
After experimenting with numerous tools, he found they all had
the same problems — compact tools gave you no leverage, and tools
that gave you leverage were not compact enough. He figured there
had to be a better way. Numerous sketches, prototypes, and
manufactured parts later — the Fix It Stick was born!
What makes your product special?
Fix It Sticks are portable, modular, light and actually a joy to
work with. Those qualities are unmatched in current multitools.
Whether you are using 1 stick for quickly threading a bolt,
torquing with 2 sticks in the T-handle or utilizing our unique
pre-set torque limiters you will enjoy working with our tools
instead of just muddling through like so many other tools on the
market. Being modular you can use the same tools on your bikes,
firearms, vehicles, furniture or what ever needs fixing.
What has been the best part of your startup experience?
The best is coming up with the initial ideas, prototyping and
testing those and finding solutions to things that bug me. The
most challenging is finding vendors willing to put in a bit of
extra effort to find creative solutions in manufacturing and
quality, those are special craftsmen which are rare to find.
