I find the tablets a perfect size and shape to swallow easily, amazing value and having a whole years supply is so convenient , fantastic value for money at less than a pound per month ! I was so impressed I bought one for my mum too needless to say she’s delighted.

i find them easy to take as the tablets are small also there isnt any unpleasant taste as to whether they are working for me its too early to say yet as i have only recently started to take them
