Will this work with Windows 11?

Too soon, but windows 11 is basically windows 10 with some makeup, so unless they drastically change windows hello, it should work.

Does it wake up a laptop in sleep mode?

I just tried it on my HP Spectre and NO. It's OFF In sleep mode, no power is getting to the fingerprint reader. I left the screen up and tried the reader and it didn't work. I closed the screen by lowering it, and open it up, turning ON the laptop, giving power to the reader.

Does it work with Lastpass free version or Dashlane?

Only know that it works with Roboform
