I fell in love with these faucets at first sight... there are imitators but never anything close.This faucet is well machined and made of metal... so it's heavy and heavy duty. Yet the mechanism is easy to operate with very little effort required.When we first looked at it, the sales person said that it is not ADA compliant because the dial requires a thumb and finger to turn (instead of a lever where you can use anything to turn). That was a little worrisome because I don't know when I'll develop arthritis but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. To my surprise, the dials are SO EASY to turn... sure, it does take more fingers / effort to turn than a faucet with lever but this is so beautiful.Installation is easy, just make sure you follow directions and install the hot / cold dials as directed.

Elegant, modern and functional. Don't believe those negative feedbacks, as we have same 2 sets in the master bathrooms in the previous house for years, they worked great, therefore we get the same two sets for the current house.

Beautiful product. Solid quality. But just BEWARE that the fittings are in European sizes. Check the serial numbers and get the American one. This applies to most Hansgrohe products. We love Hansgrohe.

These faucets are beautiful, sleek and modern. However - they totally froze to the point where I could no longer turn them after about 2.5 years. Please note that this exact style, the handle and the escutcheons are 'one piece'. Therefore, you cannot remove one without the other.I also have a water treatment system in my house, so mineral deposits are minimal. I so far have spent 4-5 hours and 2 plumbers trying to get them off, to no avail...I contacted Hansgrohe and before I could explain the issue, are sending two more units no questions. So apparently they are having issues with some of these. Giving them 2 stars since the manufacturer is replacing them without question. I just hope that I can get the existing ones off without tearing up my counter top in the process..They are nice looking and will dress up your sink, but beware of issues..

We bought and installed these faucets in 2008. Over time the handles become very stiff to the point where you cannot turn on the water. We’ve already replaced one of mine (hot water side) a few years ago, and it’s happening again. My husbands side both handles chrome is peeling of.I would not recommend this.

Decent quality faucet. I have used it for about a month so far without any issues.

Quality faucet.

This is a gorgeous faucet set. We used it in the guest bathroom of the house we just remodeled. However, the plummer had a good deal of difficulty installing it. Once installed, we found that the cold water tap didn't work properly. (It spun all the way around, and the water wouldn't turn off.) We called Hansgrohe and they replaced the tap at no charge. (Hansgrohe Customer Service rep was great, and very helpful.) The new tap was installed and is working perfectly now. I would have given the faucet set 5 stars except for the trouble with the installation.
