Name A Star Custom Star Kit with Hand Calligraphy

My grandson was turning 15....and what the heck do you get a teenage boy for his birthday ??? I was thrilled when I came across this item, just by chance (I guess it was in the stars...lol!) This is a boy who doesn't show much emotion, but when he realized how absolutely special and unique this gift was, the look on his face was priceless! It's for sure my other grandson who is turning 17 will be getting the same awesome gift for his birthday in November. The quality of everything included in the package was exceptional. I even went a step further and lamented the map of the included constellation (Perseus) and I also designed a story on 'Perseus' and had that lamented too.

I ordered 3 of these kits, one as a memorial gift, 1 for a milestone birthday and one for a little 10 year old boy who is exploring with me the world of dinosaurs, the Oregon Trail, the heavens and the ocean. I thought he should have a special star named for him because he is such a neat little man. With it, he'll have a telescope to find his star. Let the exploration continue. He loves to learn, I love to teach and I wish some teacher had made learning this much fun for me.

I named a star after my best friends new born baby. It's the only child she can have so this was the pereft gift. She was so speechless, lost for eords. Brought tears to her eyes. I recommend doing this for a friend or loved one. You can't go wrong with this. Maps were easy to read and found his star no problems. Just amazing!!!

a bit over-priced but good way to commemorate people and animals

When I seen this item, I thought of my girl instantly. I mean what a perfect way to tell your loved one that they mean everything to you? A real star? With her name on it forever. Her own star! It made her cry! You think diamonds are forever? This is an amazing thing! Maybe the best in the universe? Thank you!!! I am her king!!!!!

The recipient was very excited by it, however, it offered me the opportunity to pick a specific area, etc that the star would be located. I didn't get what I had requested even tho I had researched and picked for a specific reason. It's fine if they can't, but don't give the option if you're not going to follow the request or at least include a note of why you didn't get it.

My boyfriend is going out of town soon. I bought this as a going away present and he almost started crying (he barely shows emotion, so that’s saying something good). I loved how safely it arrived. I do wish I purchased the picture frame. All in all I’d give it a 10/10. We were both super happy with it.
