My son's ps4 was gradually getting louder and louder as well as starting to get warmer than normal. We had detail cleaned it before but decided it was probably time to just replace the fan. This was perfect for the model we have, cuh-1215-a, and I'm so thankful for the included thermal paste! The ps4 now runs like new!

Installed on my sons PS4. Discovered his fan was shot after a deep cleaning. Did my research and happened upon this fan. Read the reviews that appeared mixed on fitment but ordered anyway due to Amazons great return policy. The fan fit perfectly...Got everything installed, fired it up for the smoke test and it worked flawlessy. I cannot speak to longevity yet but so far so good!! Remember people if you buy it and you have an issue then send it back. Keep monitoring this stuff everyday until your return window closes. If it at least works the 30 days of the return window then you have got your moneys worth...look at it like renting a PS4 for several weeks. Search for another rinse and repeat. Its not been over 3 months since I have installed this fan and it is still going strong.

I bought this item so I could replace the fan in my PS4. Only after fully taking it apart and partially putting it back together did I realize that the connector was too big. So I had to take it all apart again just to reinstall my old fan.

The fan was the exact replacement for my PS4 and it works perfectly and quietly still months later8

This product was the correct part easy install e hook up. Less then 20 minutes had to back together and playing.

PS4 fan works, haven’t overheated since and tools work but I didn’t receive a thermal paste spreader.
