Q: Will this tool cut 1/2" fiberglass?

I only use mine on ceramics ---- so it would be logic to expect it to cut fiberglass.

Q: This says it will "Cuts wall tire". I'm looking for something to flatten a dudes tires. Does this mean it will cut tire walls?

Its a miss print, because someone failed at shpell check;)To answer your question, an abrasive bit turning at these speeds will chew through most non metal based materuals.Good luck with your buddy,,,,

Q: Will this bit work to drill a hole in tile for a screw plug fasterner.

Yes. It will. Keep two things in mind. First, if the tile is going to hold the load on the screw plug it will not support a heavy load. Second, if the load is heavy, make sure that the wall behind the tile is solid, like brick, block or concrete. Or the stud. Make sure the opening in the tile is big enough so that the screw does not bear on the tile. For the drilling itself, make sure to move the bit in small circles and do not push in straight as the drill dust will plug the bit.
