The short answer in NO. However, I use several different riding shoes with the same XT SPD pedals and they all behave a little different. SPD pedals have a tension adjustment screw. New cleats and tight pedals will restore that "snug" clipless riding experience.

Q: Is this set comes with the clear nut part SH-A200 ?

No, I had to purchase the cleat nut separately.

Q: Will it fit shimano pd-m747?

Yes and know that M is for multi-directional release!
