Great Waffle Recipe
I have the kindle version of this book.It’s refreshing to see a high protein waffle recipe that uses real ingredients and doesn’t begin with “take 2 scoops of artificially flavored vanilla protein powder and…” My teen son requests these waffles at least once a week and tops them with whipped cream and berries. And they are gluten free so I can eat them too! We’ve tried a few other recipes but this is our favorite.

Good way to learn to plan out and budget meals to save time and money
This book has very good suggestions for helping with bodybuilding, but also with learning to plan and budget meals to save time and money. That part of the book is good for anyone who does not already know how to do it. We plan our food out ahead each week, but do not cook ahead unless time is an issue for the week. Since cooking ahead is also considered leftovers by many people, it is important to cook foods that can be reheated without feeling like they are no longer fresh foods. The author did a nice job in having recipes that stand up to some time in the fridge and to being reheated. Very nice book with a lot of information about food types, calories, and proper storage and reheating techniques.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Excellent Book
Eric’s Bodybuilding Meal Prep Cookbook is a gem of a book! It provides a nutrition guide along with tasty recipes that are nutritional and helps to build muscle. I loved that he also added a two week meal prep plan that started me out. A universal helper
This book is not just an excellent assistant for people that want to eat a bodybuilding diet. Whether you're new to meal prep or more experienced, it has something to offer. It assists just about anyone who wants to get started or continue their meal prepping in a better way.
