It’s a really great teeth whitening kit, does what it says it does but after the first use you will definitely feel ur teeth become weaker. I left mine in for 20 minutes as it states to do. My teeth was overall really healthy before using this kit (i’m 16) I used to drink a lot of orange juice which made my teeth go quite yellow over time (even with brushing) I have also noticed my teeth to feel rather sensitive now so I do not think I’ll use this kit again just because of that particular reason, yes I am aware that teeth whitening kits do cause some damage but for the sake of my teeth it’s better just for a “one time” thing as it whitened my teeth with just the first try. I wouldn’t say chuck the kit away because that would be a waste just don’t do this kit every week use it once every 2 months so your teeth don’t damage as quick.

well i got this to try concept is good easy to follow the thought of keepin it in for 20 to 30 mins no easy thing to do kepet slaving an the taste not so gud ad to take out after 10 but i got to sat they did look brighter so i got 2 more goes si maybe can keeo in longer next time worth a try fir anyone and does come with battery.

I've been using the Smile Now kit for a few months now, will use it for the 15 days then have a break for a week or two before starting another set. I can see a difference in the shade of my teeth and for the price of the kit it's great quality. I have quite sensitive teeth and it doesn't irritate me.

This is straightforward to use As to its efficacy, it's hard to say as I've only used it for a week so far and it has many years of discoloration to tackle.

The reccomended time is 30 mins but I had to do it for a about 2.5 hours to see some results, don't be expecting anything mad just a tiny few shades whiter, they also giving people free refills for reviews so watch out for shills.

This works, but I forgot that I had fillings at the front and now my teeth is brighter and than the filling and I look like an idiot. So bare that in mind.

First time I’ve used a whitening kit and was super simple, the instructions are very easy to follow.
