Basically a waste of money

Brought a needle nose pliers to connect washing machine water lines, so had to lend them the proper tools for the job. Did not put the drain hose far enough into the drain pipe, so spilled MORE water all over the floor. Did not position the machine correctly, so have to move it to the correct location. Basically a waste of money.
