Good set at a good price.
Good quality set, at a good price, with everything you need all in one bag. Take anywhere for a quick workout. So many exercises you can do with them (lots of video guides on YouTube, just search for 'resistance band exercises').

Ankle straps are rubbish, bands are great
The bands themselves are superb but the ankle straps are useless, as the velcro just pulls apart, totally unfit for purpose. Have had to buy more adductor straps that do work
