This set of ingredients is wrong. There’s no DMDM Hydantoin in this. In fact. Most of these are not on the bottle label

Q: Can i add almond oil or vitamin E oil to this lotion?

Why not? I would and already do add to my lotions, probably going to have to shake it up with each use

Q: Does this help with crep skin on neck?

Sorry to tell you this but no topical product helps with crepey skin on neck. Ask a plastic surgeon. I bought this cause I love the smell of it and that's all. My chin continues to drift into my neck.😞
