Color:3-PACK- ALL LEVELS INSTRUCTIONS Before every use, simply wash the item under running hot tap water for about 60 seconds. After the device is washed, it is ready to be used. Put it in your mouth in a comfortable chewing position. Align your upper and lower teeth on the white strip. Slowly start chewing by putting pressure with your lower jaw, just like how you take a bite. Continue the chewing pattern for about a total of 10 minutes taking a break as desired, every day. As you approach the 10-minute mark, your jaw will start getting sore which means that your workout is complete. After every workout, wash the device again under running hot tap water for 60 seconds and store it in a safe place. WORKOUT RECOMMENDATION We have two different workout recommendations and will keep on updating more here. WORKOUT 1 for Slim Face Hold the device between your teeth on the white strip in a comfortable position. Chew 10 times/set - Repeat for 5 sets. Repeat above 3 times a day. WORKOUT 2 for a Toned Stronger Jawline Hold the device between your teeth on the white strip in a comfortable position. Press(Bite) the device by applying pressure using your lower jaw. Hold in the bite position for 5 seconds. Perform this 10 times per set. Repeat for 3 sets. Repeat above 3 times a day. NOTE: This device is meant for beginners. To fit comfortably in your mouth, this device is slightly smaller In size compared to other devices in the market. Moreover, this device offers lower resistance and a reduced range of motion to allow for an easy beginner-friendly jaw workout
