I have used every type of filter and this one is by far the best. I am using it with my 10 gallon, with 1 additional cartridge. I will be replacing the filters in all of my other tanks to this filter. Great product!!!

Waste of money

The media could not be loaded. I will say this, for it's tiny size it was able to raise my ORP from 274 to 310 in about 4 hours, I then turned it off to test and ORP is now dropping back down. On my freshwater planted tank i usually sit around 314 ORP but i just changed tanks from a 40 to a 90 so everything is wonky for a few days.

The directions are complicated because it’s pictures of 3 different ways you can set it up with no explanation of the fact that. Once i got it together it work’s excellent. Very quiet and filters a great bit of water. I have another filter on there but my water looks super clear now. Excellent buy

The media could not be loaded. Update: After a couple hours, the leak stopped. It has been a full week now and still the system does not leak. I've tried being a bit rough and it contues to perform well now. The seller reached out and offered a full replacement but I declined because the filter is doing everything it claimed to do. Updating my review, as the seller did reach out to me and the product is functioning as needed.I was looking forward to this filter but unfortunately I wont be able to use this. It has a very slow leak around the upper adjustment seal and when I move the water attenuation valve the leak gets a little worse. It actually fills that whole well area, then starts to drip fown the side of the filter onto the floor. If the seller knows a way to repair this then I might change the review, because this concept is pretty cool. Paid too much for a leaky product.

Pump isn't strong enough to circulate the water from the tank to the filter and back. Very disappointing for a filter that looked to be just what I needed.
