Please don't listen to the negative reviews.It seems like some people were expecting this to be a soda or something.The taste is not great but also not bad it's a little medicinal (because of the magnesium)And yes the can is small but that's because that's all you need.Halfway through one can I start feeling sleepy.I have really bad anxiety that keeps me wide awake untill early in the morning even if I'm tired I have a horrible time sleeping but I've been able to actually fall asleep easily for the first time in years!It did work better the longer I used it for so I would say to stick with it and it will really pay off.

Waste of money but the taste is nice

These were rather bland and unpleasant to drink. Squeezing lemon into them helps a lot.

It tastes really yummy. Very fruity. It almost tastes fake like they’re is added sugar but there isn’t! Yum yum yum. But the price? Horrible. Only got it to test out. Would have to consider buying again.

This drink is delicious.It might be confusing to some. It comes in packaging like normal American soda, but doesn't have obnoxious flavoring, isn't nauseatingly sweetened (and salted to mask the sugar), isn't carbonated, and doesn't have stimulants. It's closer to an herbal tea, and it feels more like nighttime.Beverage makers and flavor chemists normally run full assault on your body, leading in no small part to food addictions and a global uptick in diseases like diabetes. Then there's this drink, which is lightly perfumed and has two ingredients: L-theanine and magnesium, which are common supplements for anti-anxiety, among other things.The effect you feel from this will be subtle and cumulative. It's no doubt the reviews will fill up with people who are expecting to get body slammed with their beverages like usual.

Expensive water in a tiny can! That's what it is and that's about it. There is a very, very slight fruity flavor. My house was split on that statement though with some saying they couldn't taste the fruit flavor. It did not make any of us sleepy or relaxed and we've been using L-Theanine supplements at bedtime for years. Save your $22 and pass on this product if you really need a boost at bedtime.

I ordered this product because a friend had referred it to me and love it. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and usually wake up in the middle of the night. I have been drinking this product right before I went to bed and not only have been sleeping better but it puts me in a nice state of calm. I highly recommend it for anyPerson who has anxiety and trouble sleeping

But what a terrible disappointment! I hoped it would be like a Diet Pepsi, carbonated and great taste that would help you sleep. What I got was a very tiny can with no carbonation and it tastes terrible! And if that wasn't bad enough, they charge four times what a Diet Pepsi would cost---actually $22-24.00 for a ten pack of very tiny little cans of bad tasting medicine. What were they thinking about to bring out a terrible product like this!
