I put these on every one of my fishing boats. They make it easy to take the seats off when not using the boat in the winter.

I needed a complete upgrade to the captains seat in our Moomba ski boat. I ended up purchasing the Leader Accessories bucket seat (part # 201097), the Wise 6 1/4 swivel, and this quick release item. For me, it works well. Yes, the swivel sits loosely in the base, but once your sitting in the seat, you don’t notice it. And the value it offers to remove the seat, clean or mess with the wiring underneath, is well worth the losse-ness, not having to pull up the entire carpet base. Overall, I like the product but wish the tolerances were a bit tighter.

I don't know what to say about what swivel base works, but the wise wd10 that is supposed to and the comparable swivel-eze both fit very loosely. So loosely I'm actually upset because it will be hard to reverse any install I did. I have a new Jon boat and used riv nutserts for the install and if this base doesn't work, I can only hope the swivel-eze base works. I gave it a 3 because other than that, it works as advertised.

Horrible product! Don’t expect to for this to fit your rig without rigging this to the max. You’ll need to rig bolts so they are flush with slide in . The slide in part is loose as a goose and they are made by the same company. Be expected to slide are in this mount while stationary. Look for another brand imo

Once installed, seats on swivel mounts slide on and lock in with ease.

Bought this with a Wise 8WD15 locking swivel, they dont fit together, the locking swivel is about 0.25'' too long and wide. Neither has enough data to show that in the write ups, on the site or elsewhere online, another McGiver job! It got 4 stars because it otherwise, no pun intended, looks like it will work fine.

Easy to use, durable. My family has used these for years to take the seats on and off in our boat!

Seems to be sturdy , allows me to mount my boat seat where I need it and easy to remove when not required. 6 1/4 dimension for the width of your swivel is important.
