I didn’t ask for it, they offered. I appreciate that level of customer service and will be trying another product from this brand! I’m adding stars for that level of service and integrity.These are AWFUL. And I use products like this on a regular basis. I can tolerate all of these diet products, I’m not picky, but this was the most disgusting one I’ve tried! Bigggg waste of money. It even smells terrible!!! No amount of Walden farms pancake syrup can save this…….

It is in individual pack it only makes two pancakes per pack, the taste great and they are delicious for protein powder

O.K. these are 'diet' pancakes,so my review is based on this being a diet product. I have tried lots of diet and keto pancakes over the years,most are homemade recipes that I get online. These taste like some of my favorite keto recipes that I make,but they are convenient if I run out of ingredients.When I 1st opened them they do smell like protein powder. I didn't measure 3TB of water so my batter was a little runny. I turned out with 3 small pancakes(like those silver dollar size). The mix is a good base and I wanted to try them with only butter and sugar free syrup,they were good,but they could use some flavorings like vanilla,cinnamon,blueberries,whipped cream,ect.They are really good if you don't know how to make keto pancakes,if you already know how to make keto pancakes with 1TB of protein powder,and egg whites these will taste similar.The cost is high,but I'll buy them again for the convenience,they also have a 1 year or more shelf life.Btw,look at my photo,don't cook them past that level of brown or they might get dry inside,you can't really tell if they are done by the bubbles,you just carefully watch them.

I have already lost 100 pounds using another calorie restriction plan, and after they discontinued my favorite meal replacements, I searched for an alternative, and found this here, on Amazon! This company is less expensive, is nutritionally comparable, and is very tasty and, most important- FILLING!!! I have just 26 pounds to go!! At 65 years of age, my metabolism is programmed to REALLY hang onto fat- and I was SO BORED with the lack of variety this other company offered!! Those final pounds are notoriously difficult to shed- but I’m going to WIN, damnit!!

I love how easy it is to make one pancake with just one package, but it only makes one pancake, not three.

Great taste and full of protein with low carbs.

I am on the HMR diet, and I was looking to change things up for breakfast when I came across these pancakes. (The HMR diet is similar to Wonder Slim with shakes, puddings, and bars, etc. It is just a different brand name.) The first time I made them per the package instructions. Like other reviewers mentioned, they taste like angel food cake, but they were a little blah. The second time I made them, I added a generous shake of pumpkin pie spice, two pinches of salt, and fresh blueberries. They were EXCELLENT! They were really indiscernible from a "real" pancake. I will definitely order these again, and I am betting fresh strawberries or raspberries would also be delicious in the pancakes. One word of advice, these cook and brown MUCH FASTER than a traditional pancake, so really keep your eye on them or they will overcook quickly.
