I was gifted these a few weeks ago. At the time, I could feel inflammation starting in my toes/fingers. After a week or two of taking 1 capsule per day, the inflammation wore off and I haven't felt another twinge since.I also noticed my sleep improved as in I woke up far less during the night. This is an added bonus, as I didn't realise they aided sleep for some people until I ordered another packet and read the product description.

I bought these for my mother. She suffers from arthritis and often has pain in her hands which makes it impossible for her to peel vegetables for example. We have tried different brands of sour cherry extract - which mostly worked well - but these seem to have been the best to relieve her pain. Reordered!

Don't expect this product to work instantly. I have taken it for a couple of weeks, and it does appear to be working as it has smoothed out my disrupted sleep pattern. I am also not feeling the need to have several 40 winks session during the day. I will continue taking it for another couple of weeks then stop and see what happens.

These capsules seem to do the trick of keeping inflammation at bay when taken every day. When I have run out I can feel my joints ache more and am delighted Time Health have started to stock these again. Would definitely recommend

Since using this product together with Uriciplex and Prowise Cherry Maxx I have not had a single recurrence of Gout!
