Vanguard VEO 2S CM-264TR Carbon Monopod with Tri-Feet

I use this monopod to make uncomplicated videos of places we visit (historic buildings, gardens, heritage railways, etc). I use it with my little Sony RX100 compact camera. It is very light and remarkably solid. It is much easier to use than a tripod, particularly when there are a lot of people or the paths are narrow.

Would have been 5 STARS, but first unit faulty.Great piece of kit, reasonably sturdy.Can be a bit tricky getting feet closed again.There is a ball joint at the bottom, which seems to work lose, so I have just got to remember to check it.Would not like to put too much weight on the top, wont go above my 24 to 105 lens attached to my camera (well within the weight limits, have a ball head on it.The little remote is a fantastic addition to it. Helped me out in a lot of situations.Would I recommend it, YES like a shot.Would buy it again and again, but hope that I don't, for a very long time.

Product as described.Stable and sturdy.Arrived on time.However the item would be better if shipped with a tripod thread adaptor,to facilitate use with previously purchased tripod heads.

Purchased recently and used in the field. The rubber bung on the foot detached too easily, so will inevitably be lost. Practical and sturdy monopole with quick, smooth extension. Foot does not detach. Otherwise does what it says on the tin.

An excellent monopod, with feet when required. It is good value. I can highly recommend it. I use it for DSLR and bridge cameras.

I'm very happy with this monopod. I can quickly turn around or follow birds during their flights with big lens. Very stable and the three feet it helps so you can step on.

Compré este monopie para sustituir uno que se me rompió y que no tenía posibilidad de arreglarse. Se nota el menor peso frente al que tenía de aluminio y las tres pequeñas patitas son una ventaja para mantener la estabilidad y facilitar el trabajo. Además para alguien alto es un monopie que cumple perfectamente. También ha sido una grata sorpresa el adaptador para ponerle un móvil, que he visto que sólo ese adaptador por separado cuesta 20€ y aqui viene incluido con su disparador y todo.Los acabados son muy buenos, y yo estaba acostumbrado a palancas para plegar y desplegar, y aun asi encuentro bastante cómodo del sistema que lleva este monopie. Además viene con una llavecita para corregir la fuerza de apriete si se pierde con el tiempo.Como aspecto negativo es algo más largo de lo que esperaba cuando está plegado, pero no es un gran problema. En resumidas cuentas, una buena calidad de vanguard, no es el primer producto que compro de esta marca, y como los demás, una gran calidad precio.

Bastante cómodo para llevarlo de viaje o para salir con una cámara a grabar y usarlo de apoyo.Pros:-Fácil de montar y desplegar.-Calidad de construcción.Contras:-En el caso de DSLR, le falta estabilidad para realizar larga exposición.-No trae rosca estándar de DSLR, hay que ponerle un adaptador.El módo bluetooth y el soporte móvil no he llegado a utilizarlo.
