STEPS TO USE THIS TOOL: * Match the thread on the adapter to the steering shaft and back off the wing nut. * Attach the adapter onto the end of the steering shaft. * Keep the plastic handle of the tool out until there is sufficient tension on the tool. * Retain the thread wing nut down until sufficient pressure is applied to the lock plate to release a snap ring.
