Balanced supplement
This magnesium supplement also contains Vitamin B2 (ribolfavin) and B12. Magnesium has been shown in some studies to lessen the munber of migraine days if between 400- 600mg per day is taken and this supplement contains 460mg. the magnesium is magnseium oxide which is also sometimes used as a remedy for constipation, so you may have some laxative effects from the capsules until your body gets used to them. The capsule also contains vitamin B2/Riboflavin which has also been linked to reducing migraine. each capsule conatins 200mg which is less than my specialist advises for migraine (400-500mg). The capsule also contains B12 which is essential for the central nervous system and energy production (which vegans can sometimes lack if they don't get enough in their diet).I ilke how you only need to take one capsule per day at night (as magnesium can also aid sleep and restless legs) and the capsule is very easy to swallow compared to the huge chalky pills that magnesium supplements often come as. The B2(riboflavin) might cause your urine to glow almost flourescent yellow but that's normal. The bottle has 30 capsules so enough for a month. the bottle comes with a perforated plastic sleeve and also a round seal inside the lid over the bottle top and a silica packet inside - so they are all hygienic. Vegan supplement
You are getting here 30 easy to swallow capsules. The recommended daily serving is just one capsule so they should last you a month. They are relatively small and easy to swallow. You get a very long expiry date of almost 3 years from the time of ordering so there is lots of time to use this supplement. I appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement and they have used vegetarian capsules. I haven’t used this is really brand before but I have been happy with that and it is certainly one to consider.

Packaged safely with locked in freshness and swallowable sized tabs and no overwhelming taste or odour release.Have seen a difference since taking these where I originally have been having migraines that were originally unreal. So absolutely delighted to see a difference.

Easy to take
It says to take one a day, I’m taking this to help increase my chances of conceiving a girl. It’s worked on previous cycles so fingers crossed! They are easy to swallow and a month supply taking 1 a day.
