Are replacement blades available for this squeegee?

I purchased the same item with the handle and mine came with replacement blades.

Has anyone used this for removing pet hair from stairs? How did it do?

I would not use a rubber squeegee to remove pet hair from stairs. A more effective strategy would be to vacuum the stairs, or use a small broom brush.

How long after it needs the replacement blade? I have used one earlier without handle and it was wide and it worked good and then I lost it.

Just take care of it. Keep it out of the sun. Should last forever, I guess...

Can you use this on car's paint safely without scratching?

It is best designed to use on flat surfaces, like windows or shower doors. It could be used on a car's windshield, but the handle is kind of short for that use. I wouldn't use it on curved painted surfaces. The hard handle could maybe scratch.
