Favorite for Brazilian
I’ve been using this wax for the past 9 months. I love it. I’ve used other brands, and this one is the best for Brazilians. Here’s my tips:It’s better on longer hair.I use Now Foods massage oil *before* I wax, and after, as well. I apply it by putting a few tablespoons in a hot bath.Run a hot bath before waxing. Sometimes I get in and rinse off and re-oil half way through the Brazilian process- Because I use powder, it came be hard to see the remaining hair the further into the waxing process I go. Then, after I’m finished, the hot bath with oil gets any small bits of wax off, and makes my skin even smoother.I use powder on each spot I wax. The oil first, then powder second really helps insure the wax doesn’t stick to my skin.I do small spots at a time. I start outside and work in.I have dedicated wax pillows and towels. I prop a mirror up and sit on the floor on the pillows covered in towels. I run a small extension cord so I can have the warmer right where I need it.

Great quality, no mess, easy to use!!!
I have been paying $220 a month for a Brazilian, arms and legs wax each month because last time I did it myself it was some serious bad news, like pain, swelling, blood, tears, parts being stuck together and ruining my bathroom floor... soft wax is bad for this especially if you are hairy and plump. Lately my waxer has been complaining about all her clients and being careless so I decided to try my brazillian on my own again and save on salon fees. I knew that she used hard wax for my Brazilian and have noticed some things she does in process so I looked for one from a brand I have used in the past (this is the one my aunt kept in her salon when i was a kid). I bought a warmer, wax and pre-oil for less than half the cost of a Brazilian at the salon, I used up about 1/3 of the can doing the wax. After watching a how to video I gave it a try and I have to say I absolutely LOVE this wax! It is softer and more pliable than hard wax, so not as scary, but it still dries and pulls off like one so you dont need strips. I made sure to spin the stick around to cool down the wax and put oil on my skin before applying it like my waxer does at the salon. It takes a while to melt and you have to let it get to a consistency a little thicker than honey but once you get it, it's great and easy to use. I put it on about as thick as a credit card in like 2x2 inch spots, I had no pain! AND even though I spilled it everywhere it was super easy to clean up, it popped right off the floor, the mirror, the sink.. I am definitely not a pro haha! I highly recommend this wax.

Difficult to work with in most areas.
It's a decent enough wax for smaller areas, but it was a pain in the butt to try to use on my legs. The wax never seems to firm up enough to get a good hold on it, so I ended up having to scrape the edge up enough to actually remove it. The wax was also too soft to hold together (I tried thinner and thicker application, waiting longer, waiting less) so it ended up breaking and forcing me to pull it up in pieces rather than one long strip like you should. This resulted in lots of little patches of bruising, and the hair removal was inconsistent and poor. I'm fairly skilled with waxing so for me to leave bruises on myself there is something about the product that leads to poor performance.I've been using hard waxes for 7+ years now, and this is one of the least effective ones I've tried. It did alright on my underarms but again the hair removal was inconsistent and I had to go over the area with tweezers and remove quite a few leftover hairs. The pain was minimal however and it did remove more than on my legs, so I give it points for that, and I'd wager that it's gentle enough for your face. It did nothing for my bikini line or the finer hairs on my thighs.I'll use the rest of it only underarms, but I won't do my legs with it again and I won't repurchase.

Works pretty well
Initially when I first tried this, it was challenging and I had some difficulties and thought about just tossing it out. After trying it out again, I believe I found exactly what I needed. There is a bit of a learning curve and I love that you do not need extra supplies for example the waxing strips. I would repurchase again.

Good and bad
Does not pull hair from follicle unless it's coarse very well. The hair either won't budge or may break on finer hair. The container does say it's best for coarse hair. Great for Brazilian waxes and armpits but you may have to wax more then one time to get all of the hair. Just as a clean up strip. It's less painful than soft wax and dries faster than any other stripless wax I've used.
